Front Pads GT3 ??

Sounds excessive to me...I recently fitted new front pads on my big reds which are not that different to Gt3 calipers.
Removing calipers, pads, fitting new ones and aligning new anti squal pads.I managed both sides in about 35-40 mins.
Even rounding up I am suprised they can justify it being more than 1 hours labour
thanks.,
I just spoke to Paragon who quoted my 276 for the same job.
and 377 for sport pads.
OPCs quote was just for the standard ones!!!!

Peter,
What difference do the sport pads make ??
As i maybe in the market for some on my MKII.
Glenn.
Glenn,
I heard they were great on the track but only at hot temps.
Apparently they can be pretty poor on the road.
On the rennlist forums, pagid Blues, get quite good reviews as a sport brake, that dont squeal too much, with good road performance too.
I am going for standard gt3 pads through paragon now £276 fitted,
but I am going to research this more, as I want to be able to change them myself and perhaps go for cheaper pads (like ATE). I would rather go through cheaper pads than discs.
It also seems wise to remove the wear sensors as they get screwed after just one track day apparently.
