Anyone else thinking of doing a letter of intention for a Boxster Coupe Club Sport?
Already put my letter of intent in ! it sounds like it is definatley going to happen it's just a question of when, the Club Sport is rumered to be having a 3.4 6 cyl oposed to the 3.2 S engine, produceing 310BHP !!
Which makes it an even better prospect and a certain future classic.
Car'nt Wait.....

Can I ask where you got this information from?! I really hope that spec is accurate, but it would be getting very close to 997 levels of performance for not as much dosh, so I would be surprised if the 3.4 engine did make an appearance. I would love one though.
Autocar 12 Aug 03 page 11 : quote Among the proposals before Porsche chairman Wendelin Wiedeking is a stripped-out Club Sport model running a powered-up version of Porsche's classic flat six engine.
This is to be a 3.4 litre unit with around 310 BHP, with an optional new six-speed double-clutch manual gearbox similar to the Audi DSG system.
My local dealer reckons it will appear late 05 early 06.
