996 Turbo Running Costs - Decision Time

Hi guys still pursuing 911 Turbs, and have found one I think is a good un. Going to get Peter Morgan to check over first. Before I take final plunge realise these are not Nissan Micra money to run but have run 993 and M5 previuosly. Ive done the man maths and 2002 cars for mids 40k's seem like a lot of cat for the money. Other alternative is to buy new Cayman
Can anybody give me an idea of costs for:

- 12K and 24K services
- Tyres
- Brakes Disc and Pads
- Clutch

Just want to be prepared for the worst/ best.
God I want one so much its hurting.
