Technical assistance on a 996 Turbo, flat battery
Discussion
After having left the beast for a little over week I ventured out this morning to find not only is she absolutely flat as pancake but also the boot now won’t open via the key fob.
I know if I open her via the key the alarm will go off all guns blazing and if she is that flat I’m worried the boot won’t open via the switch next to the drivers seat.
Of course I could wait and ask the OPC tomorrow but sods law dictates I actually need to use her for work tomorrow morning and really need to get the car open so at least I can stick her on charge
All help will be very gratefully received.

The keyfob sensor disarms itself after five days. Unlock the car with the key but don't open it!!!! You should then be able to lock/unlock the car on the fob without the alarm going off and get in.
I will go and give it a bash and report back, you may have just saved my bacon!
