Tuscan S purchased
Discussion
Had one of my greatest ever drives into North Wales today along with a couple of other TVR's, 4 years on and the Tuscan S still amazes, exhilarates, excites me as much now as it did when I first purchased it, Tuscan's rock, they are the most fun you can have with your clothes on, Welcome, and hope you enjoy yours half as much as I have mine.
Also What's everyone's views on how there value will hold up?
Bearing in mind it's a very rare Tuscan 2 S and essentially a sagaris underneath. I'm hoping it will slowly appreciate but I could be completely wrong.
The fact that this one is pretty much first one and the one that was on the tvr stand at 2004 motorshows might go in its favour as well as tony at HHC has a feeling smolenski ran it for a little while.
i did a search on TVR on the EVO site and there is a buyers guide for the sagaris on 2009 and it picked an example on the classifieds at the time and it was £35k with 13000 miles.
Obviously the sagaris is the daddy of tvr's and the best looking but still that would be worth 55-60 now!

Abandon the Tuscan purchase and save the money for that daddy sag and allow me to buy this Tuscan! ; ) You have no idea how much I want it, the perfect car came up for sale a season too early for me, still prepping the chim for sale.
Oh no, tbh I do think the sagaris is the better looking car but I want an open top car with plenty of luggage space. The Tuscan is perfect!I found these pics of your car at the 2004 motorshow, being a TVR show car adds a nice bit of history and I think adds value. I can only find one other 2S for sale and it's done more miles and is up for £30k, so I think you've got a very good deal and it will only go up in value. I bet you can't wait to collect it you lucky sod.

Don't suppose you cast an eye over the Tamoras when you were there? It's a long way to go to find they're not as good as they look in the ads.
The green one is sold and the other is a beaut, I had a good luck at it. If there are any issues on it you can be sure tony will sort them out.mbrown5 said:

If the one I am buying was a penny more I wouldn't of probably looked at it. My budget was £25k
