Both look bloody gorgeous, but WTF is that on the back of the Tuscan S ? More pics required please. What about the Typhon?

Im not sure, its starting to look like a jag. I was hoping it would look more agressive. To me is starting to look to smooth. Dont batter me its just my opinion, ihope it looks better in the flesh because im supposed to be ordering one on thurs, looks like i may have to go for the sagaris.

Looks good but I was hoping for a completely new model. Still, I suppose they have enough to be going on with.

Hi, Ehasler. That's what I call a forced joke! But no, last time I saw a Tuscan the dealer was chipping and scratching the roof as he desperately tried to slip it into the slots in the boot. He got positvely apopletic at one point. I wasn't sure whether to offer him advice, bandages, or therapy
He wasn't trying to fit a Tuscan roof into the back of a Griff was he? In my experience, most people don't have any problems getting the roof in - it's certainly much easier than with my previous Griff and my girlfriend's S3.

Drop top looks great but I still prefer the original Tuscan look.

As others have mentioned this looks like its trying to take styling cues from the Grif whereas the Tuscan was all about out right aggression for me.

Tuscan drop top is very nice.....very Griffith.

So will that mark the end of the Tamora?? Surely they're too close now?

I'd love to be able to have the money to have the choice!

Too much like the Griff for my liking. I would have preferred the Tuscan to stay as the Tuscan and not try to make it look like a previous model.

That radio pod in the drop top looks crap.

Why change a winning formula in the first place ?

The new drop top will stop the issue of the rear glass panel popping out at speeds

I do admit that my first impressions are that it looks less aggressive from the front, which isn't a good thing in my books, but I'm holding final judgement til I see it next week.

By the way, what do you think of the Tuscan S's whale tail?
From the photo, I don't like it - it's too Max Power, and doesn't fit in with the smooth lines of the rest of the car. It may look better in the flesh, but I'm not convinced...

No idea what the button is for, although I think it's safe to say it's not for operating the automatic hood, or adjusting the traction control!

Now waiting to see what happens to already low second hand tuscan prices. I dont think the first sub £20k tuscans are far off. I might become seriously interested indeed.

Do you think it might be to open the doors like the Chim? There are only two buttons either side of it for the windows (up and down)

Initial impressions were that I didnt like it but then I saw the TuscanS and loved the faired in lights. Looked better in the darker colours.
A convertible version of that S with out the flamboyant rear "Japanese Max Power" spoiler would be just right.

I also liked the back arches on the convertible. I previously photoshoped a convertible Tuscan and from the rear 3/4 angle it looked like a old Corvette Stingray with its hunched up rear wing/thigh.

I like it. Good luck to 'em. Shame its not a V8.
