I am a Nick, but its seems that there are a lot of other Nick's who are in someway associated with TVRs.
I was looking for a 2nd hand Tuscan, during my search 2 of the salesmen were called , Nick!
On this site I noticed a few (in fact quite a lot)TVR owners, again called Nick.
Having found the right car (and bought it) I looked at the service recorded book to see who the prevous owner was. Ahhhhh ! It was another Nick
Is there something going on? or is it just a strange X Files thing? or, Even worse, does it have something to do with the popularity of the name Nick from 80s pop icons such as "Nick Hayward" haircut 100, "Nik Kershaw" or "Nick Kamen" ?
just a thought

I have an uncle Nick - but he drives a Merc! I have a mate Nick - but he drives a Beemer! Not forgetting the most famous Nick who drives a Sleigh on Christmas Eve. So that proves it, it ain't just TVRs, Nicks are taking over the roads, the country, the world the UNIVERSE!
Edited to say - I am not a Nick!
