Water temp

(Posted in Speed Six engine too but slow response - the irony!)

Water temp has been flashing up to 120c - but then dropping down to 80 odd reasonably quickly. Dodgy sensor? Fans not coming on? Seems to be plenty of coolant. Don't want to risk warping or worse.
