So i got the Tuscan out of the garage last week, it coughed and spluttered a bit, but managed to get it out OK, did some work polishing the rear window, like I planned, but when I got back in to start it again to put it back in the garage, it turned over, but did not catch.

In the end I rolled it back in the garage, where it currently sites feeling very sorry for itself !!

I am working on the idea that the immobiliser is not at fault as I heard the fuel punp prime, but found some info about the coil pack fuse that should have been uprated to a 20A fuse rather than the original 15A version.

(i can't get to the bl@@dy fuses with the car int he garage, so need to push it out again somehow !)

Could it also be the fuel pump relay playing up (even though i heard it prime)? - If so is there anything special about the relays ? or are they off the shelf items?

Or any other ideas what may be the problem?!

Any thoughts reatfully recieved

Cheers
Allan

Perhaps you banged the fuel cut-off switch in the boot (right hand side at the back IIRC) when you were doing the back window?
Cheers

I did think about that, but it is under the trim panel above the fuel tank, so all OK there.
