Washer/indicator problems

Picked up my Tuscan last Friday...

But I have two problems. The first is that the front driver's side indicator isn't working and so the indicators flash v. quickly. Could be just the bulb but both sides indicator lenses appear to have moisture in them. Anyone come across this?
Also, the windscreen washer only works intermittently. The motor appears to be pumping (I can hear it) and yes, there is water in the reservoir!!!! Any thoughts? Blocked pipes, perhaps?

Gary, there is damp in the indicator lens...I queried that and the dealer said that it wasn't the cause. Sounds to me as if it could be.
Only went to the dealer because of proximity at the time. Am using David Batty for servicing and I think I will rely on his skills!
