Rebuild Costs (Whilst under warranty)?

My Tuscan has just been gutted at dealer and Engine returned to Blackpool with worn followers.
Q1.Will they also change the cams and valves as standard?
Q2. I read on PH somewhere, that the dealer will want payment for this, although it's a warranty job? (The dealer convinced me that it was better than returning the whole car as it would be a faster turn-around).
Q3. Will I need to 'run in' the engine when it comes back?
Q4. Will it need a thousand mile service and tappet adjustment after re build?
Q5. Should I have to pay for this additional 1K service as it would not have been necessary if the bloody thing hadn't broken in the first place?
Info - This is the second time in a year that it has been returned to B'pool for head work. I keep hearing of this faulty batch of followers but my car was a Mid 2001 model with its 1st head rebuild at Feb 2002. How big a batch are we talking here...?
Any info or relevant experiances much appreciated.

PS - Why me God, Why now when the weather is so good.
PPS - Briefly thought of swapping for a 'reliable' porker, but came to my senses after seeing 800 silver one's in one day.
PPPS - Does anyone from B'pool read these pages, if so will there ever be a definitive official or unofficial comment on this issue?

Thanks bandit - The dealer said that It would take much longer if they sent the whole car, and did not mention charging! As it was understood that this work was warranty... I guess I'll know the answer week after next (as I spoke to TVR directly and my engine was due to be complete by Friday 28th). B'pool also stated that the 1k service tappet adjust would be warranted (which I took as FOC)however nothing in the way of new 1 year warranty was mentioned. Did you get this? (From dealer or Factory)?
