Wet patch on the garage floor

Since getting the Tuscan I've noticed that sometimes when I come to get it out the garage there's a wet patch under it by the nearside front wheel. At first I figured it was just where rain water or water from being washed was draining out, but as it hasn't been rained on/washed for a week now and it's still doing it I'm beginning to wonder...
Reading Flasher's threat about his T350 pissing coolant onto his garage floor, would now be a good time to start worrying?
Or is it just a case of 'they all do that, sir!'?
