Sorry to post this again here but I know some people only frequent certain forums.

Hello people. I'm thinking of getting some Tuscan brakes for my integrale. I know it sounds daft but I have a chap willing to fabricate brackets and bells for me, and for a very reasonable price too. I've looked at the Porsche 'big red' brakes and the brakes on a 355 (seem to be somewhat dinky brembos) they look good but are very expensive because of the name.

I have now found two Tuscans, both with AP calipers, however, one set is a fair bit bigger than the others. It is these that I am interested in. Does anybody know the difference, and how good are they? My car is around the same weight as a Tuscan. Oh and by the way, the Tuscan ones are a lot bigger and a lot cheaper than both the Porsche and Ferarri brakes

Hoorah, a reply at last

I couldn't tell anything about the cars because there was only the chassis left Do you think it's going to be a good upgrade then? The other option is Alcon 4 pot brakes but this option costs £3000 and is designed to fit under 16" wheels so is teeny in comparison. It is also almost £2000 more than I'm getting the Tuscan beasts sorted for.
