Thinking of getting a Tuscan
Discussion
the engine is more fragile and does not sound as good as your V8. Otherwise it's a big step up in all other departments. Performance, handling, safety and electrics all much better.
Oh, and while the engine is working fine it will spank your current V8.
I still miss Chim 500 for the noise(in particular on cold start) and torque, otherwise I simply cannot part with my Tuscan...I tried once, but could not bring myself to sell it!
As rens says, have a good read of the Tuscan forums, loads of info and helpful owners.

Personally I think the whail of a speed six sounds much better than a RV8. The thing is with a S6 is that it just keeps going and going through the rev range.Oh, and while the engine is working fine it will spank your current V8.

my mate has the chimaera 400 and has driven my 2s although i've not yet driven the chim .. we tend to agree the tuscan suspension being so much firmer leads to a harder ride but still comfortable the quick rack makes turning in excellent and it is in my mates estimation deceptively quick in that compared to his chim he finds himself travelling faster in the tuscan without realising. mine is decatted but with standard carbon cans and is louder than the chim and the pops and bangs on the overrun are outstanding !
