T2S Convertible being picked up on Friday !
Occurs to me it might be sensible to get a proper feel for handling limits on a performance driving course of some description before stuffing it into wall or hedge. I'm based in Manchester. Any of you guys been on any such course and if so any particular one you'd rate ?
Thanks for any help

Can thoroughly recommend Ride Drive courses.
On road driving tution by mostly (if not all) ex-police drivers, with the emphasis on real world situations.

IIRC they give a 10% discount to TVRCC members.

Third recommendation for Ride Drive. As part of the training they can also take you on a skid pan to explore the limits.
I strongly recommend you book an advanced driving course as soon as possible. TVRs are absolutely fantastic cars, but in the wrong situation they can take you by surprise, especially during the first weeks of ownership. Good specialist driver training very much reduces the chances of that happening.
