Rover SD1 Club Day Kirkby.
Discussion
Hi any Rover SD1 owner on here going to the national sd1 day on 12th july at the mid lincs rover club rally at lincs aviation heritage centre east kirkby, there looks to be all types of rovers there and a WW2 lancaster bomber running and a control tower to look round and other stuff could be a good day out.
Should be a good show, SD1, turning out in good numbers along with some earlier Rovers and other classics are all invited.
Interest in the SD1 is increasing with it now approaching 40 years since introduction (where did that go) and features becoming more common in the motoring press and TV such as "For the love of cars"
There are still some very nice original series one and two cars being unearthed and coming onto the market.
They really are great fun especially the V8 manual versions !
