Just wanted to join the Honda plastics debate, and agree with Bada Bing - I never had any complaints about the interior plastics on my S2000.

Having recently test driven the new Civic, Golf GTi, BMW 1 series and Focus ST, I can confidently say the Honda plastics were probably the best of the bunch, with the VW and BMW being very close to each other, and the Focus plastics being the most hideously nasty cheap plastics I have seen for quite some time - even down to the controls on the Sony stereo - Ford really must have built this down to a very low budget!

The plastics in my 2002 Accord are at least as good quality as Ford, Vauxhall, Renault etc. cars of the same age.

I'm not so happy at being quoted £256.09 + VAT for a replacement oxygen (lambda) sensor by Honda dealers. After-market replacements cost £78 including VAT and postage.
