I have to say that I think it's the biggest load of chavtastic rubbish I've ever seen. How they can put a Toyota Aygo up against a Jaguar Diesel Estate in the same test I have no idea. And who actually cares if their stereo can be heard from 10 miles away as long as you can hear it in the car!!
Sorry, just my opinion, but it gets me really fired up that they actually try and pass this off as respectable motoring journalism.
Long live Top Gear and Fifth Gear, where the cars they compare actually resemble each other!
Rant over, I shall climb off my soapbox now

Sorry, must agree - I watched the first episode....only because there was nowt else to do with my time. Needless to say, my time is now duly filled!

I agree. From the uninspired title to the dreary presenters to the shallow content this is comprehensively the worst motoring program on TV. They are desperately trying to find an amusing angle for their items but, as far as I'm concerned, miss the mark every time. Dull and Irrelevant!

Looking forward to the next series of TG on Sunday. Maybe Jezza will threaten to 'bone' someone's dog again.

agreed also
missed the first showing but then noticed it was repeated on saturday so made a point of watching it. afterwards i thought what a load of crap who wants to watch semi celebs driving a pink fluffy car and then watch a road test with a dumb blonde trying to apply makeup, then see them attempt to do the table cloth trick. i want my hour back.
i think someone should sack the researchers or something

There was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on TV last night and on came Vroom Vroom. Now I'm a car bloke and as they finished the "On this week's show" section, I lapsed into despair and turned the TV off. That way I don't have to complain about it.

As someone on PH commented "even Lisa Rogers in a short skirt can save this dross"

I wonder if Vroom Vroom will achieve cult status in a 'so bad it's funny' way?
Probably not.

I will watch anything to do with motoring. I even watch old Top Gears on Sky even though I've seen them several times before.
However, I can not watch this rubbish. It is totally inane. I'm not sure what they believe their target audience is?? And who's that guy with the ears? He doesn't talk, he drones!! Utter drivel!!

i think this programme is complete rubbish, they do stupid useless tests on the cars like whether they can pull a cloth off a table, or if you can hear the stereo from far away. people that are seriousely looking to buy these cars dont really car about stupid things like that. idiotic shows like these dont compare to top gear or fifth gear. i agree with chris, i'd rather watch old episodes of top gear on UKTV than watch this crap

Complete drivel.

I've had SKY+ installed for about three weeks now and it completely packed in the other night - So much crap on it, it's gone into meltdown!

It takes me about 10 minutes to 'watch' the show at the moment. The FFWD button gets a lot of use in the hope that I'll stumble across some entertaining segments. Fingers crossed that series 2 is a better effort!!

The programmes dire. I caught what I think was there first attempt with the astra estate - was hilarious - especially when they tried to improve traction by adding a rear spoiler

Particularly given that it was upside down.
