Bloody hell, you lot are amazing some times, if someone changes the dash or the wheels or the exhaust it is OK. If they add a big stereo system it is OK. Repaint it another colour - fine and dandy. Paint the wheels - absolutely fine sir.

But if someone does more than one thing, and chooses a colour you dont like, then suddenly they are "playing with fire" and "inviting critisism" - for what exactly? For changing a TVR? A car which is, by definition, personalised anyway (any colour you want, even the leather can be coloured to your spec).....

TVR add on big wings and body kits and call it a Speed 12 and everything is "wow" and "amazing" and yet someone else does it and gets a load of shite - how does that work then???????

Stop complaining just because you associate this modified car with baseball hats, I think it is more your attitude that needs looking at, not some one elses work!

I think the Speed12 is a tad more than a body kit and wing

Hi Jamie!

Good to see you stirring it up as usual!
Carismas' work is the best. Bar none. Despite what you think of the finished article (I can't stand TVR's) the quality will undoubtably be absolutely breath-taking.

I've been following this thread/theme with a lot of interest. Having not seem the car @ all does not effect my view that without a shadow of a doubt I know that Jamie's skill will shine through. I used to read with interest Jamie's work.

Vaild points by both parties: Jamie is a business man, making people talk about his product and services with a base car that knocks people on their behinds anyway.

People who like originality will inevitably dislike the car, but you can't fault his quality.

Max Power Bridge? I used to drive a modified 220BHP Escort Turbo, a 350BHP Cossie. Wasn't a boy racer, just liked and appreciated nice cars.

Just because I now drive a Tuscan doesn't mean i'm now a conformist, i've just raised the bar a little.

I wonder what the general response would have been if I hadn't titled the original post with "Max Power"...

Would that be because you can't keep up with them and would get murdered at the traffic light Grand prix by almost every one ever built, and you don't have to modify a TVR to make it look good either??....

I've usually got lots of time for young lads who modify and make their cars look good because they usually have loads of time for me and love my car when they see it, they always give me the thumbs up and ask about the car. I think the Carisma car is fine and would like to see it in the flesh...

Don't come on here slagging TVR's off Mark4 everyone will just assume you are a prick, which I'm sure you're not....

What a stunning car and excellent craftsmanship!

having seen this car in flesh, seen the amount of attention to detail and time spent on this gorgeous car there is nothing to fault. jamies efforts have paied of tremendously! this was a car built to 'show off' every possible feature that carisma have to offer, and to show the public eye jamies talents! if you havent seen the cars in person how can u possibly jude them!!!???? you cant!!you are all right when you say you wouldnt have your car changed like that! no one would! coz of the extreame and extent of work on it, and it just wouldnt be suitable for everyday driving, or a family car!thre is nothing wrong with constructive critism but when points like that are made, theres no need for it!this car isnt and wasnt intended for that!

jamies an fantastic creator and was done to show his creative talent to you all! the trophies he was awarded deffinatly paied off all work and input in to the car! Carisma Automotive Design (UK) is a well established company specialising in Incar design, leather upholstery & specialist av/multimedia installations. not just a company built up to modify novas! The choice of a TVR Cerbera as a car to promote Carisma was done for many reasons!

every car is unique to jamie as he says and a new and exciting project every time!

well done hunni on ure great and unique design! legs 11 xxxxx
