Depends on whether you want to take BIG ladies home, or are happy with the slender ones that can do gymnastics getting into the back of the Cerby!

All ladiees are lovely, and big girls try harder
But imagine how many slim ones you'd get in an Evopretzel Type S XXII

Almost enough to hide all the cheap black plastic.

We own a Mitsubishi - not an evo, but still - its on borrowed time. That thing has let us down far too many times, wouldnt buy another mitsubishi again.

Anyway - TVR's are quite successful rally cars, the malaysian Chimeara entered a tarmac rally/ road rally/ tarmac rally stage? and did rather well. As for not going round corners - evo magasine recently tested a T350 in the damp against an evo 8 and said if it had been dry it would have "pulled the evos pants down". Infact it wasnt far off despite getting a damp run, something like a Cerb wouldnt have done so well though.

Anyway, im sure Evos are very capable cars - if thats your kind of thing. Although if you like your 4wd nutter jap four wheel playstations, the Skyline is still the weapon of choice for supremacy.

Wonder what they sound like? Never heard one over the Cerberas "quiet" sports exhaust..

This was my biggest fear when swapping from the cerbie to a skyline. From inside the car it sounds ok, quite a pleasing engine note and moderately loud too (aftermarket hi flow exhaust) but the hissing noise from the turbos can be a pain on a long journey. It sounds like you are travelling with a vacuum cleaner switched on

Don't know what it sounds like outside, probably crap. Not really worth winding the windows down.

If I bother to record the noise I will post it up here.

Rob.

S'ok, it was a jab at the Evo boys/girls?, then again, havent heard a skyline either - too rare around here.
