New Cerbera to be produced at 1:18 scale - you decide the colour!

Carinabox has announced the release of a stunning new diecast model for 2006 from Jadi Modelcraft (Jadi), a new manufacturer who is fast establishing itself as a source of quality 1:18 scale replicas.

Having stunned the world in 2005 with the new TVR Sagaris, they’re now turning back the clock and preparing to release, for the first time ever in 1:18 scale, the TVR Cerbera – one of the most beautiful TVRs ever produced.

Jadi want your help in choosing the final colours for the models. You can vote for your favourite colour at the end of this article and Jadi will decide what colours to produce from this survey.

Once you’ve given your views, you can place a pre-order for the model with Carinabox. The model will retail for just £19.99 and will be released in 2006 by Carinabox. You can pre-order with nothing to pay until the models are released. Carinabox will of course contact all customers nearer the time to confirm their choice of colours from those that Jadi decide to produce.

I looked in a local model shop for a Cerbera few weeks ago and was surprised to find out that there was no such thing.

Purple/blue is the way forward as I am pleased to say the results indicate!

I picked up a Sagaris at the weekend in Cherry Rosso ish colour - much nicer than the flat red I had previously seen. Was in a Revell box, but the model had Jadi stamped on it - Luvvly Jubbly.

When are they going to stop pi55ing around and just make all the popular models - they will sell FFS!

Will still have Cerbera though to go with the Sagaris, Tuscan and 2 speed 12's.

I love the orange, but i already have it on the Tuscan S model i have (so i thought it would be nice to have something different), and i have the metallic red Sagaris, but i voted for a purple Cerbera, brings back some old TVR nostalgia, although i'll probably end up with a purple tuscan mk2 as well.

OK, so its no longer 6%, but it's creeping up so slowly, & the Blue brigade always seem to get it their way, its just so unfair

Wish they'd hurry up, wouldn't mind a Griff, Wedge and Typhon

That's £100 worth just from me, including the Cerby and a Silver Sagaris that is still on order..!

This has just reminded me that I still haven't seen the Sagaris that I've got on order with them. Theoretically I could have ordered a full size model by now* and would have had the chance to run it in. Oh well, I don't mind waiting really.
