I had a new starter motor fitted about three weks ago and all was well.

Started her up last saturday no probs. Went to town about 11 miles parked and went shopping for about an hour.

Came back pressed the start button and nothing. Got the continuous tone when de-imobilising but no sound at all when pressing the starter button. The battery is fine - checked. The lights do not dim or flicker when the starter buton is pressed. Started the car by push starting - no probs all the way home but again nothing when trying to restart.
Any one out there got any ideas what I can check or who has come across this problem please?
