How to's Cerbera
Discussion
I"m thinking about making a small website with Cerbera how to's for everything.
Would anybody be interested in helping out?
Just e-mail me some pictures and some explanation any time you do a job.
no matter how big or small
Think it would be handy if it's all in one website or is it not worth the hassle?

That is a great idea!
There is plenty of knowledge and experience on here, only I usually struggle to find what I am looking for.
A dedicated website would be a chance to offer this wealth of knowledge in a well structured manner, maybe with a function to rate the how to's?
I would happily contribute, though I can probably learn more than I have knowledge to offer.
Cheers
Henning

I have often thought about doing something along them lines as I do take photos as I the jobs more for proof it's been done especially if I've been modding improving something which is often the case with my projects.
I'm sure pretty much every job could be covered from the collective knowledge.

If anybody wants to let me know how they changed their rubber pedals to the alloy ones that would be great the brake and clutch are the adjustable and the throttle is just the pedal and some screw holes as opposed to the whole arm. (That's easy 2 bolts the other two pedals seem like the more involved).
Cheers

Yes I know but it hasn't been updated or quite some years now.I'd like to cover everything from the smallest jobs to a 'how to take the body off.'
If anyone knows the moderator of that site, id be happy to take it over and keep it up to date
Would save me a lot of work

I generally take pics as I do a job on the Cerb, so I'll look back and see what I have to help. This is a great idea. One poster made a good photo guide to changing the clutch I seem to remember which is what inspired me to take pics when I did anything. I'm doing the clutch master cylinder soon so that'll be available.

Absolutely brilliant idea Nils
As others have said jammy_basturd's site has already started this idea and I tried to put it on FaceBook in 2011 but only managed this thread, which I donate for your use if you think it's any good.
Would also be good to request to have it stuck on the top of the Cerb pages (as a Wiki ?)
If you need any help please don't be afraid to shout !
( I also have about 1,000 photos from my Clutch replacements which I've never got around to sorting out)
All the best,
PJ

Hey guys - I started The TVR Site with the same intention - how to's, alternative parts list, gallery for both showing off pics and also pics of parts, etc. I'm in the process of moving the site to a new server and will also probably switch it over to Wordpress (currently on Joomla), but more than happy for anyone to help out with the site/content in whatever capacity that maybe. Unfortunately for me life has got in the way!
I also had this cool idea to move the wiring diagrams to an online, web based version, so that you could look up connectors, click on wires to highlight them and trace their path, etc. Didn't get around to that either! I was also going to expand the site into another TVR models, starting with a dedicated section to the Speed 12...

I'd be more then happy to helpI was thinking if it would be easier to put every how to in a pdf so it can be downloaded and organised per catagory.
And i think my brother in law could help with the interactive wiring thing.
Altough i havent done a body off yet so i don't exactly know the whole wiring
Wouldn't it be nice if you have a blueprint style picture of a Cerb and you can click different area's for the wiring diagram?
