Could somebody take a look at the car for sale at autoperform and tell me what they think and as anybody heard of them?

I live in leicester , went looking at tms and there 96 models are 3k dearer ,got james agger looking for me but liked the silver look ,need to chop in my tt not really got a big budget 6k plus my tt only worth at most 12k.

nick i live in aylestone i have had a word with james myself but my budget is`nt very big maybe i could meet you at the weekend and have a chat bob.

i asked them to get me one for about 20k and he said it would be a 96 model for that money they only had 2 cerbs when i went and they were both about 30k

I think the car needs some proper investigation, the price seems fair if the car is right but remember you can easily spend 2k on an early one with just a clutch and a few other bits. They won't have bought that car for 10k, would anybody out there let theirs go for that? I think not!

Listen to the advice - tvr indie specialist or private. £18K may get you a 98 4.5. It certainly should get you a 98/99 4.2. Maybe a little more if you want to pay for a super ultra immaculate car. Have you tried calling Joolz or APM and asking them if any of their customers are looking to sell a good cerb.

James is on the case i will more than likely only get 11k for mine then i need some spare cash to take out some warranty.

Its a LHD 180 with a chip 98 front wheel drive do you think maybe i should save up some more money.

gazzab do you think it would be worth me looking at it and maybe taking along a expert and would i have trouble when it comes to me selling it the good thing is he only lives half hour away.

gazzab have asked joolz and he put me onto james aggar he`s based in nottingham so maybe a bit nearer home have emailed him with my budget says that he normally gets them for about 19k upwards but will be on the lookout thanks for everybody help and even the muppets who think i maybe a crimper.
