Yeah well, if I have 2 years of 20k take home pay (thats if I do badly, 30 more like it cos im great )

20k saved up, if I still on that money, then 5k a year is only 1/4 of my wage, im paying 50% on my rover at the mo!

Might delay it by a year and buy a Dutton Next year instead
