That looks like a major undertaking. You must have some experience of glass fibre repair if you have done all that yourself.
What's the history of the car?

I would very much appreciate it if you could share a step by step guide to your fiberglass repair.
I have read books but have very little glass fibre experience.
I would be very interested in how you have maintained the strength of those edge to edge connections.

Well done Sir - Another Cerbera saved, I admire you for taking on such a project, it's looking good, and it'll be worth it in the end. Don't worry too much about crashing it, it's the drivers that crash the car, not the car that crashes the driver. Just take it easy till your used to it, and respect the car - after you've done all that work yourself I'm sure you'll be a bit more careful than the rest of us anyway.

hi everyone i havent done the fiberglass job myself i took it to a guy called julian www.damagedtvrs.co.uk he is done all the fiber glass work he just sent it out to to the electrician thats gonna take another 2 weeks then the paint job , this job has been way major then i ever thought , i still havent started the car yet i dont even know if the engine works but i checked the car when it was crashed , it didnt get as far as the engine . looks like all cosmetics and new oil cooler , ac condenser , an re-coring the radiator , as julian fixing the car he said tome engine is looking in great condition no oil leeks etc, chassis is in great condition not bent or anything , we also own a garage in hammersmith , we have a body shop and everything but we dont do fiberglass , we can only do a small mendings not anything as big you should have seen my body shop workers face when they saw the car for the first i think they were gonna cry , thats why i had to take it to specialist , i will send more pictures when see the car again next week ,

That looked dirty to begin with and I admit as I read down through the thread I was wondering was it worth it but as I got to the bottom of it I realised I was wrong and it looks like it has the making of a nice car. Well done and best of luck with it.

Just noticed the address for that place, Wordsley, which isnt far from me, and Central TVR- i wonder if they get their repairs done at Fibreon?
Will be nice when its done.
Whats the cost of the project? thats if you dont mind sharing that info...

Alex Julian and Central used to be partners in business. Fibreon is I believe the largest suppliers of TVR replacement bodywork. If Julian did the repairs to the car that car will look spot on when its finished.Nice to see a cerb being put back on the road. Good Luck with it. If you havent driven one before welcome to the world of silly grins.

The front end you have there looks as though it is from my written off starmist blue 4.5 Cerb. It was, I believe at the time, the first Cerb to be fitted with the Lupo light conversion. Two weeks after having it fitted it was in a ditch. I was wondering when and where all the parts were going to turn up. Should be lots more bits and pieces, not much more bodywork though!
