Sorry but some people shouldn't be allowed a tool kit.

Most worryingly look at the interior shot - what has he got in the centre of the steering wheel? Looks like he's cut it out from a jazz mag.

It says it's a lightweight, but it's an early car. a very early 4.5 in fact. and one i vaguely recognise .. hope it's not the GT!

It has been advertised on here before. It was previously advertised as a 'GT'

Yep advertised ages ago - the quad exhaust system was on it then, so isnt doing many miles.

Thankfully it has a spare bonnet.

Unfortunately, 'fixing' the exhaust would be a pretty major undertaking.

Looks clean and tidy otherwise though..

I quite like the quad exhaust but the hot air intakes look pretty silly as a performance enhancement. I think the spare bonnet will be a godsend to any potential purchaser!

A Cerb is like Vinnie Jones in a Saville Row suit and a pair of £200 leather shoes
A Cerb with quad exhausts and bonnet scoops is like Vinnie Jones in a Saville row suit with a Burberry baseball cap and a pair of Nike Air wear trainers.

ETA - But in all fairness, I like the colour, I like the air boxes, fit the standard bonnet and exhaust and it's not a bad car smile

So, upon review.

It doesnt sem 'too' bad, the bonnet can be changes, steering wheel centre replaced. Maybe worth a look then?

Oh is it an LW? Looking at the A pillar it doesnt look like it, but what do it know

It's not a LW, it's very very early 4.5 .. one of the original GT chassis cars with the 4 holes for each wishbone to be mounted in. It needs saving and putting back to single headlights / RL7s / etc. It's an important part of cerbera history, incredibly rare and deserves a better ending in life smile

I might take a look. Would it be on 18RLs or 17? Can you get RL still?

It would be on 17's, you can get these second hand no prob. Loads lying around from Spider upgrades.

I like things which are easily reversed. Im not a fan of the later headlights on early cars, nor am i a fan of spiders over RL7s. There are sensible upgrades like suspension, brakes etc and remaps which cant be seen. even induction pipes are easily changed if you want to .. but 4 exhausts and bonnet scoops? no thanks.

I agree with you here. I like the orignal look with a few 'improvements'. So I am looking at a new set of wheels, bodywork on the rear end, new wxhaust and intake system as well as the lights on the front and painting.

I suspect I will need to spend £4k on that pushing it to a £20k cerb. Not looking that attractive now frown

It needs a lot of work to get it back to original though:-

Wheels
Rear Valance
Rear Lights
Rear number plate apperture
Front lights
Air scoop, air filter and pipes to feed induction
Carpets
Strange air box stuff
strange red handle under bonnet
Other colour coding under bonnet
Remove surplus badges
New exhaust
etc
