If you have a Milky windscreen, and need something to do this weekend, heres a nice easy way to tidy it up. Takes about 1/2 hr each side.

What you need : 1 green kitchen scouring pad, 1 aerosol can of High gloss black, masking paper and tape, a hair dryer.

Clean the area to be painted, degrease it. Carefully rub the milky area, and about 6 inches each side of the area with the kitchen scourer - it does put very fine scratches in the glass so be carefull.
Mask off the area.
Spray a light coat over the milky area, dry with a gentle hair dryer, and keep building up till the milky area is covered.

It should last a good few months, and it's an easy job to do every now and then, and looks a whole lot better than the horrible 'Milkiness'.

Apologies for the poor quality photos, it looks st in the photos, but in real life it looks good - Honest Guv smile.

How to HIDE your milky windscreen surely??

A milky windscreen is a delaminating one... to fix, you'll need to replace, sorry.

You mean it doesn't actually FIX it? Well I never! My apologies to those I may have miss led. So to clarify, yes it's a quick fix/bodge to hide/disguise a milky windscreen, and was just meant as a little tip to help any other sad bds like me who have 10 minutes to spare and could be arsed to do it.

I still think the sticky gloss vinyl is better/easier/faster/last longer wink
