The location is Basil Street in Knightbridge. It's in spitting distance to Harrod's. The area is full of big cars and even bigger egos. There's a vid on youtube of a massive plonker using launch control on his 599 GTO in Pavilion Road which is just adjacent to Basil Street. The Lambo driver is inconsiderate but the pedestrian also knew he wasn't walking in some quiet leafy suburb.

He was revving a bit for the spotter and this guy goes from zero to insanity. Does it really matter if he scared him or his mom when a calm talk instead of rampant shouting probably would've rendered an apology and a explanation?

That was me in the video complaining about the noise!!!!

That Lambo owner woke my son up who was sleeping in the pram and to be honest gave me a bit of a fright as well. Totally unwarranted in a residential area.

Things like this wouldn't happen back home in Austria.

I shall now be doing daily walks in the area and noting any supercars revving loudly and forwarding details to the police and local council.

I find the Ferrari owners to be the worse culprits.

Also yesterday.
Thanks. Could you send me more details of other cars doing the same please.

And one should be careful who you get out of your car to sort out wink
Never said I was going to "sort" anybody out, I said I would discuss in more detail, I don't see why the velvet wonder should have the monopoly on voicing his opinion and to do this in such an aggressive manner is asking for far more trouble in my opinion???

And more to the point when were you appointed into the position of "Who should face off who Judge" providing you with the ultimate power of ending your all knowing sentences with a wink

Yes absolutely. Let's not go on this petrol head forum again, there's just to much petrol on here

I was simply letting you know that just because you may be a company director ,not everytone works for you and you may get a slap if you act as if they do smile

What is this Custard thing?

I have seen it mentioned many times but I do not know what it means.

Is it like the bratwurst test we have in Austria?

Although I'm not sure if I would be allowed to post a a picture of my schwanz in a tin of custard.

Thought it was a clip from an Avid Merrion sketch to be honestsmile

The guy in the Lambo imho did nothing wrong. Ask youselves this if you had young children with you.

What would cause you more offence? An engine revving for some passers by or someone shouting/swearing obcenities at full volume?

I bet my shouting and swearing was not as loud as that revving.

You British are a funny lot.
If it were me, I'd be ashamed of swearing like that in the street in front of my [admittedly now awake] child. Do you kiss him goodnight with that mouth?

What on earth are you talking about, you appear to be wishing to make this personal and I do not wish to stoop to that level so I'll leave you to it.
