I know of LHD Belgian registered example in storage near me. Red with black leather.
So that's another one.

Slightly O/T....does anyone know roughly how much it would have cost to have Ferrari put the manual in instead of the F1 given that it was not a standard option? Not that it really matters but even if it cost you £30k to have it, if you'd kept the car until now you'd still probably get that money and more back come resale it seems....would be quite nice feeling and vindication of your "quirky" choice to begin with! smile

Aston did a works conversion for the Vanquish to convert it to a manual....IIRC that was about £30 or £40k. Converted cars don't fetch that much of a premium.

I imagine Ferrari would want more than £50k. No idea, that's a total guess!

I think the Aston conversion was more like £15k-20k. I was looking a few months ago and came across a couple. Ended up buying a 612, in manual!

Modenacars in Geneva have one - almost stretched my budget to buy it instead of the Aston V8V a while back... They've had it for a long time and were ready to give me a nice discount. It's still there at 129k CHF

I just don't get it. It's uber rare because it wasn't the optimal design choice. Premium or discount, why would someone want a manual 599? I like contrarian thinking, but someone handing over hard earned readies for a manual 599, sorry, that's just bonkers. If a manual V12 is what you want, save thousands and go buy one of the finest manual V12 Ferrari ever built, the 550 Maranello.

Unless you happen to want the significant extra power and performance of a 599 and a manual box? Bonkers, I know but people are funny like that. They don't all want the same thing as you do...rolleyes
