Last PH Meet Of The Year

Escape from the family for a few hours on Saturday 27th December

The last meet at Manor Farm
The last meet at Manor Farm
Christmas. Good in theory. A few days off, see the family, eat some nice food, receive some presents, emptying the drinks cabinet - these are all things to look forward to. In reality, once Boxing Day has passed you are sick of eating, and wish the in-laws would go back to their own home.

PH knows how you feel, and has some light relief for you. On Saturday 27th December make sure you head towards Manor Farm Barn in Southfleet, Kent, for the last PH meet of 2008. PHer and Manor Farm landlord Terry will open the doors from 11am and breakfast will be available. Weather permitting, he'll fire up the BBQ for lunch.

The pub and adjoining premises can hold a few hundred cars and marshals will be on hand to get everyone parked up correctly so we can fit more cars in. Please add your name, and car to the thread below to help the team at the pub get an idea of numbers.

PH meets are always worth coming to, and let's face it, at this time of year it's all the excuse you need to avoid having to watch The Sound of Music with your Auntie Doris.

Why do you always have these meets in the south of England ?

A bit biased I guess, I recommend the next meet should be in Riddrie Glasgow -- for a change !

It's equal to Kent....whistle

Hoping to be there (will be my first Pistonheads event if I am and, weather permitting, will bring the 246 GT).

That looks easy to get to. I think the only problem would be getting stuck amongst the sales shoppers hitting Bluewater. Could be tailbacks for miles.
