Who's coming on this? There are only 4 of us on the calendar and it might be interesting to know the 'opposition' up front.

So what weather do we want? Warm & sunny or damp?

Thub, I have done one of each now and dont think I can decide which was the better. The wet one certainly made controlling the car more fun, the back end was all over the place!

I'm going.

Anybody know what time it kicks off?

Do I need to pack some sarnies?

No need for sarnies

If you have your own crash hat take it

Details here

Lunch is available at the cafe within Silverstone.

Silverstone TVR are also having an open day so we're all welcome over there at lunchtime for a look around and a few nibbles.

I'm coming along with a few mates (6 of us).

A couple of them are complete novices to rear wheel drive, so it should be a good laugh! I'm hoping it will tempt a friend into getting a Caterham for weekend blats...

I'm coming along, for the second time - went to the first brooklands one. I'm bringing a mate who I've been converting to fast cars and motorsport over the last few years. He's never driven a Caterham and has never really seen the point of them, hopefully should change his mind

BBC and weather.com both reckon it'll be dry, maybe a bit of cloud, warm but not stupidly hot. Really looking forward to it!

8:30 start, that means I've got to leave at 7AM

Anyone else travelling up the M40 from the Berks area, fancy convoying?

OK sounds good. That's at the Silverstone turn off isn't it. I'll be in a blue 200sx making lots of noise.

Let me know if you need my number and I'll mail it to you.
