Would love to come along to this, not sure the Boxster will be quite quick enough in this kind of company though!
What's the cost per car likely to be and if I couldn't get a driving spot are you happy for a fellow PHer to come along to watch and take some snaps?
ps: Can also offer some help with in car footage for a ride or two!!

Cost has historically been around the £150-£170 mark, but there is a strict "no spectators" rule I'm afraid due to a) insurance issues and b) previous attendees taking the pee somewhat.
Drivers can however bring passengers so that may be a way for you to attend if you don't manage to get in this time

how strict are the noise limits? as im having all 3 cats removed next week. im not quite sure how much louder its going to be?

The Boxster is great fun at Brunters. I managed a 148mph out of our 2.7 (I think the fastest Boxster at VMAX? I wait to be corrected) so there's your marker. It'll be great fun on the corners.
If you're lucky enough to get a slot - bring it!

Care to outline why to me, rather than posting a dig up on here?
I've thought about what you could mean by this and I'm at a loss Greg; you said nothing to me on the day. I photographed everyone's car out on circuit, then I gave over 20 passenger rides in the Beemer at the cost of a set of rear tyres - all good fun, or so I thought. Should be fine Darren, my 430 sneaked in @ Oulton Park just after Christmas & they are really strict over there.
Just needs to be set in normal/regular driving mode

I'm sure if you send him an email he'll confirm to you directly whether there are likely to be any issues or not. Maybe you could post up the results when you get the reply? I remember being told by Matt when trying my level best to get the F40 to VMAX that F40's with standard exhaust's have passed the noise regs at Brunters previously, so I suspect the F430 to be OK as well. We shall see.
