...Hat off to those dedicated enough to set off at 2am from the isle of white and to everyone else who turned up to make it as fun as it was. ........ n
I thought I had an early start as the alarm went off at 5am to go and play with the Thames Valley group.Road kill was sadly high over there too, taking out a squirrel myself ...
Bit damp early on through the trees but dried out nice for some great driving roads ...
Regards
it's a big thanks to Mattt and his fabulous knowledge of these excellent roads made for a memorable outing today.
I actually thought we could have started earlier, by 08:30 there was still plenty of good driving to be had but the oncoming clutter and horse box count had rise considerable.
as said, hidden gem of quality road network to be enjoyed again.
should also mention the 8Ball diner's superb breakfast, certainly no need for lunch after that delight.

HVAC Matt will be organising another run next month, on a different route - so keep an eye out.
I will get a thread started in about a week. We will be planning to do the "north loop" route that will include the same start and end location but will include the chance of a cup of tea half way. Gassing Station | Events & Meetings | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
