Gutted. I've just removed myself from the list due to a chest injury that isn't getting better anytime soon. As a result my mate had also pulled out as we were going in convoy.

As this is the first one BMW are hosting at their new UK Headquarters the numbers have been strictly capped based on parking restrictions on site.

We did initially explore the potential of opening up the event to those that parked off site, however after further investigation it was agreed this posed to much of a Health Safety issue and i know it might not seem like it sometimes but we do care about our members smile.

Hopefully BMW will consider holding another event later on in the year.

For future events could PH look into automatically sending emails out to people if you move from the reserve list and have been allocated a space? As not everyone will be checking this evening so wouldn't know they've now got a space. I'm 25 away now, fingers crossed!
