The more the merrier as far as I am concerned. If you definitely want to come, the first thing you need to do is book your Eurotunnel ticket . Once that's done, can you add your name to the list as 'booked', that way Ianqv, who is looking after the Chateau side of things, can keep them informed of how many will be turning up for lunch . Obviously he will only count those who have confirmed their booking. It also allows me to print off enough maps of the route for everyone.

Hey Lambochick, keen to come along and checked the Eurotunnel times to book but can only find outbound times of 8am and 10am and coming back 6pm or 8pm
Are these the trains you are on (8am and 6pm return?)

You were almost there!!!
Select the 8am < 10am outward journey
and then select 6pm < 8pm return journey.
Then click continue.

It is on the next page that you can then select the specific times: 9.28am outward
18.42pm return journey.
