Ooooo just before I do my car limits course.

I hope the planned route takes account of thirsty cars as well as thirsty drivers.

I've got tom tom but am willing to try and A: Hear it in the car and B: load an ITN file to it. (anyone got one I can try as a sample)..

There are a number of fuel stations on the way round, no worries there.

There will also be occasional breaks where you can catch a sip, though as they won't necessarily be at shops I would advise taking a bottle of water with you in the car in any case.

When it comes to sending out the itn files, I'll post some brief instructions on how to get them onto your device as well. As for hearing it in the car, don't bother - just use it to catch up if you get held up or separated. Think of it as backup. You'll need to be concentrating on the road..

I wont be able to hear mine in the Tiger, just for if i get lost and have to catch up. As regards to thirsty cars, mine is thirst and only takes about £18 so will do about 80-100m miles so Jay and i have made sure there are stations on the route.

I have my TomTom on the other side of the car, turned up full volume, roof off, with de-cat and noisey exhaust and can just about hear the woman. Basically, I keep looking every now and then to check I'm in the right place and it works well!

The ITN file thing is a piece of cake - just put it onto your TomTom and load it like you would any other itnerary.

Always good on these runs is a couple of places to stop and take photographs...we know of one place on the Rye road but with so many cars it may not be ideal - so it may just be a case of photos at the BBQ!

Hey guys, get this, I've just realised I'm on a Tunnel Run starting at the midnight before!

One hour's sleep between hoons is enough, right?

wobble

One thing's for sure - I will be looking forward to that BBQ!

Possibly a lead right foot

Mine is 2.0L Pinto running twin 45's. I had it tunned on a rolling road last October 130bhp and 130lb torque, which i am told for a standard pinto is very good. After Sunday it was popping and farting allot out of the exhaust. Might need some adjustments.

Well mine wont let me change gear untill the the red flashing light comes on at 7600 rpm maybe this could be the problem and my lead right foot.
