Thanks for the warm welcome, friends and fellow PHers. We're chuffed to bits - there's so much we want to do, and want to get right too.

I see good times ahead - Who says work can't be fun? cloud9

Nice one folks.

Well done.

And just in case any of you are wondering if these people can organise a decent spin ..... YES THEY CAN.

I've hooned across Europe with most of them on a couple of occassions and they certainly know what they are doing.

Where can I see photos etc. of the past tours Petrolhead Nirvana have run?
Mmm, Im with you on that one but will be interesting to see how this developes, It will be good if all the spin & hype can be turned into something that benefits all on pistonheads, let time be the judge.

Excellent news, just checked their website though which I presumed is http://www.petrolheadnirvana.com/ hate pimping my own ass but that could be so much better, please get in touch with me (don't think I'm aloud to post my company or email so I won't) and we will make it more sexy, more useful and not for stupid money...honest.
Your spelling could be so much better rofl

"Calm down dear" it's only my little joke - no need to take a fence

Thanks JJ. Getting front of house parking at at a French chateau for our two Cerbs was the easy bit. The pair of us then swiftly jacking the TVRs, getting out the toolkits and stripping brakes and suspension did require a little more charm when the manageress found out though!.. wink

With many 100's of 1000's of members of Pistonheads seems a tall order but I'll take it with relish, thanks.

Glad you agree, lets just see some tours actually run by PN, the web site currently trades heavily on previous events organised often by others & runs to other peoples meets. PN to my knowledge has to date only completed one tour organised solely by PN, hense the odd comment on this forum by those who know. I will add Apologies in advance if Im wrong. but theres no need to debate this at length, its tomorrow onwards that counts

You have within your organisation one person who I know was 50% of the team involved in organising many of the best runs Ive ever been on. You were on some of them so you know exactly what I mean & I know you intend to repeat similar tours.

Im sure with the team you have & your enthusiasm you can do it but as I said to you a year ago, get some tours under your belt & be judged on your success.

The economy is tight, the pound euro is not great for european events but I know from things Im now organising with friends that reosnably priced trips can stil be run & the couple we have run to date were great fun

With legislation & technolgy being used against those of us who enjoy stretching our cars in Europe the days of runs are limited & I wish you all every success in helping people to enjoy it for a few more years at least.

Re the Ace thanks thumbup I enjoyed the evening, I cant make the next but I might make the following one, theres even a chance SWMBO will let me use my car biggrin
