Does anyone know if the top 5 or 10 loudest cars are listed. I got 122db from the Sag but thought the Diablo must have been quite a bit more. What did the big yellow truck pump out? Thanks
Dodge truck was 125db, so was Elo's Challenger. F40 was around 120db but I don't think the owner red-lined it. My Corvette was 117db, my friend's M6 was 115db and the M3 with Eisenmann exhaust was 119db.

@HereBeBeasties

Cheers for the photo of my S3 mate (the YellowPeril smile ) The Sagaris or the F40 have to be my favorites of the day!

My Son went to see the Avengers film yesterday: He presumed that it was meant to say 'SHEILD'...don't know if that's the intention or not though.

Thanks for the video of my Chimaera.

Can I claim to be the only car that left a number 11 while stationary?

I won't be coming again after Garlick vandalised the wing mirror on my Fezza as I arrived.

But then again it was worth it! Fabulous day out so thanks to everyone involved.

My Monaro managed 122dB as well biggrin

Thanks to PH and Nissan / Renault for a great day, some leftover adrenaline was still twitching when I got home.

Each time I come to a Service I end up wanting a Diablo even more cloud9

Some videos here, poor, poor quality camera used, my phone mic was a bit overwhelmed by it all...

So just to clarify Garlick you had a visit from an old lady that C2James had to rescue you from, got attacked by an old man with a stick, then vandalised a PH'er's Fezza and probably ate your own body weight in cake and biscuits???? Quite a day out then!!!

At least you didn't have to collect bits of MX5 from the exit ramp though or explain to Nissan/Renault why parts of the wall now had paint on them!

Another top day out, thanks for the organisation, and looking forward to the next one!!

p.s. Saw the police van stopped at the 'gate' as I was leaving, and wondered if you might be applying a 'sorry what was your user name .... no sorry you are not on the list ' approach!!!

A great day. The highlight for me was the motorsport talk, really interesting and even kept the Mrs interested for an hour.

Thanks to all who had anything to do with its organisation.

Ben

p.s. favourite cars the F40 and for childhood nostalgia reasons the Austin Maxi.

Noooo!! Tell your mrs that it doesn't have to be loud *all* the time... just the times that you drive it wink Besides, with the double glazing you hardly hear it on the inside biggrin

Stu, who/where installed that switch/valve setup?

PM me if you like, interested to get this done, and curious of cost!

It's an electric valve installed in the exhaust, as near the front of the system as possible.. in may case under around the front seats..
all from this place - http://www.badlanzhpe.com/

Installed by Sutton branch of Longlife Exhausts.
