Mine hit 126db apparently same as the Diablo before the water pump belt flew off... mad

(clever thing is, flick of a switch and I can still measure 98db for trckadays.. wink)
Hope everything is back together again. Looks like I need those nice people at Racing Green to get me another 5 decibels then!

It's an electric valve installed in the exhaust, as near the front of the system as possible.. in may case under around the front seats..
all from this place - http://www.badlanzhpe.com/

Installed by Sutton branch of Longlife Exhausts.
Thanks Stu, I'll look into it for the beast.

Thanks for organising this PH and Nissan. Like others who have commented, I really enjoyed the Tony Jardine/Ben Bowlby talk about the Delta Wing. In fact, the prospect of seeing the Delta Wing got me out of bed at 8am on a Sunday morning. The presentation was a bonus.

Oh, before I forget a HUGE thanks for all the food!

We'll soon have to hire a van to take the haul back to PHHQ, such is your generosity!

Special mentions to DaveL485 for the immense amount of chocolate and Mrs Tyre Tread for the gorgeous empanadas and Lord Flathead for kindly bringing me a cup of coffee to the gate smile

Cheers from all of us.

What a fantastic morning.

The talk from Tony Jardine, Ben Bowlby, Jan, and Marino was excellent - just excellent !

thumbup Bacon rolls - £1.80 !
bounce Coffee - FREE !!!!

Goodwood could learn an awful lot from PH. I used to be at every Goodwood Breakfast meet, as it always used to feel like you were amongst fellow 'cargeeks !, but has lost it's old 'feel' - Bring back the days of the Vitra Cafe !

The Sunday Service is now THE event by Petrolheads FOR Petrolheads.

Looking forward to the next one !

bow Thanks to all at PH Towers, you have excelled yourselves on this one !

....and I still got back in time to help the Mrs. with the gardening ! (Need the brownie points for when I next take a whole morning for another PH run/Sunday Service)

Well deserved for providing such a great event. I still reeked of Lambo exhaust at 10pm!

That was an average sized delivery, though, if you want an immense delivery, you'll have to make a donation to charity, preferably HOH or similar smile

That was most excellent, although I thought it fair to deposit the 'average' cost of an event drink (~£1) in the charity tins scattered around for wounded soldiers. Nice touch.

This was my first Pistonheads meet and as a newbie I'd have to agree with the general populous and say it was a success.

I particularly liked the fact that you could have this wide cross section of cars attending including a Maxi, what a blast from my old apprenticeship days! (yes I'm that old ).

I'll be coming along to the next one in my Midget I think - Cue jokes and smut......

Many thanks Pistonheads team.

Enjoyed the Sunday Service and the driver Q&A. F40 was the best car on show (IMO).

Think this maybe the best F40 you'll see on sale for a while, enjoy!

Hughesie, have a look a Meisterschaft.

There is a video on the tube by BrianZuk of an E60 with one fitted. Utterly amazing, cost unknown vs a cheap delete though.....

That'd be me, it's an Eisenmann Race (very similar to the Meister). Any questions pop me a PM smile

Thanks to all that organised the event, it was nuts.

As you made your exit from the car park, It reminded me that I never did email you back rolleyes ahh well, another time.

On a separate note does anyone know if a certain Mr Plato make an appearance? I went to watch the touring cars a while ago and saw an MG6 reg "J99PLO" parked at the circuit. Saw the same plate/car drive past the entrance to nissan/renault while watching cars arrive yesterday...

Didn't see an MG6 and did a fair few rounds of the carpark...

Funny you should mention it,as on the day I did think the chap driving the Grand cherokee Hemi looked a bit like Mr Plato!

I just applied the "dirt removal for Solar Yellow Elises" filter in Photoshop. Glad you like it. Excellent choice in vehicle by the way. ;-)

Great creative photos. I like the shot of the F40 (as it's me in the camo shorts standing next to it)!
