Great day and thanks to all involved, especially Shelly ( she did all the work apparently ) Jamie wouldn't take any credit when we tried to thank him earlier. Hopefully Air Ambulance made a few bob , has anyone mentioned the cold yet? Cheers again to everyone.clap

A few more pics from my post on MOCGB.

Only two Mustangs there mine and this one...

Never been to the Museum before and I have to say it was excellent (PH had also negotiated an entry discount and parking next to the museum so the public could see the cars). The Bond cars display was well worth seeing.

and a Mustang in a party frock...

The meet was very well attended with a wide variety of cars.

The helicopter landing was dramatic (even though I have seen and been in plenty they never lose there appeal.

Finally the photo opportunity in front of the house was fantastic...

I followed your Mustang in from Rownhams, sounded fantastically lazy and rumbly. Approved.

Doorman, were you the chap behind me on the way in? Silver volvo estate?? Was quite rapid!!
It was me, always puts a smile on my face, no one expects a Volvo to be that quick, loved the exhaust note from your lovely Porche, bet you guys were cold with the hood down.

Jamie & Shelly, What a fantastic day!!! You really put together an amazing event and we had a great time. The pictures in front of the house are spectacular and a rare opportunity. Well done. What's next?!?

Yeah was very impressive volvo i must admit!.
That was the first drive my boxster had, after fitting the exhaust, far too loud for my taste haha
Yeah that was my lil cousin with me, all cold and tired after getting back from his skiing trip the night before

Superb day ... GF wasn't too impressed by seeting off in the snow with the roof off but she knows the "if it's not raining then the roof's off" rule - anyway, she can't complain too much as I did give her the option to stay at home and in bed! biggrin

Fantastic to finally meet Jamie and I'm guessing that Shelly was riding a wave of relief that it was all coming together so well as she gave me such a friendly geeting that I felt like an old friend rather than some strange fat bloke in a very dirty car. hehe

Absolutely fantastic piece of organisation by the pair of you - Jamie was telling me at Lyndhurst about all the efforts made by Shelly and I can only say that I am completely in awe of what the two of you managed to put together for us all and the sight of a Zonda rolling into a car park with a child seat (complete with very happy looking young lad) in the passenger side definitely made me chuckle.

Only thing is - I didn't get to spend any money with the Snap-On fella. biggrin

What a great meeting today, well done Jamie & Shelly. If that was your first attempt we are all in for a treat if you decide to do more.
Shame it was so cold, but a least it was dry and we had the cafe & museum to warm up.

Here is a selection of my photo's, to say I was ecstatic at winning the Pride & Joy 2013 for Best presented Car in Show is an under statement, so excuse the number of pictures of my beloved Volvo, great event, look forward to the next.

Thanks for the pics of my Z4, doorman.

Nice to know a standard issue BMW Z4 is still appreciated amongst all that fine metal!!

Unfortunately it was a bit cold for me to start photographing everything, and I figured everyone else would anyway. I took a few, but only really of my car and a couple of others in front of the house....

The complete album can be found here: http://flic.kr/s/aHsjE7EtYQ

A few of my faves....
