All added so far - but the list is now so big it is probably not worth asking to go on it.

If things change I will post up but there are so many people now that much of the reserve list will miss out

As this is now 3 weeks away, I thought it worth re-iterating to everyone that if anyone on the list cannot make it please email me so that I can collate those who cannot come and replace them with those on the reserve list. There are around 35 names down on the reserve list so far.

It is also worth pointing out, incase you had not worked it out already, that this "list" system is all well and good if people stick to it, but ultimatley I cannot guarantee how many people will turn up on the day. You may need to bear this in mind if your travelling from afar. Entrance will be co-ordinated by the park staff at their discretion.

That said there is alot of room available and IF all goes to plan I am hoping to negotiate enough space to cater for everyone including the entire reserve list. As mentioned before, checking this thread 48 hours prior to the event is vital as I will be updating it. All will become clear nearer the time.

Its been asked/suggested/mentioned but they won't have it. The only method of doing this meet therefore is to just see how well we get on with the existing list.

You forgot to mention the ritual online humiliation though if people not on the list turn up and take the parking spaces of people who are on the list, resulting in them being turned away at the gate...
