Thanks to PH and Skoda for a great event, really good location and clearly a lot of effort made by the PH and Skoda for us. Hopefully we can do this again next year and get a bigger turnout.
Thanks Dave

Aero kitted one.

Wasn't the one with bronze wheels as we followed him out with his mate in the Type R - took great care with the humps on Camp Road. Glad I don't have lowered suspension anymorebiggrin
Thanks PH and Skoda for putting on a great SS, the Skoda team were super friendly and spirits were high for us all to enjoy this event - hopefully we will see them again! Ice cream was yum smile

Just to clarify - my GT86 is the modified one with bronze wheels - the hoonigan wasn't me! Though I am a moderator on the GT86 Owners Club so I'll find out who it was.

Ha Chungster was that you in the Audi behind me when we left? As soon as I turned left out of SS I knew it was going to be a painful drive home!! Nursing the car over those speed bumps, ramps and craters wasnt the one.

Missus got annoyed with my constant speed up, slow down, approach ramps at an angle, roll over ramp, speed up, etc. And was forced to take her to... Bicester village *holds gun to mouth*

Wow a Sunday service within 100yards of my house, and it just happened to be on the weekend I was in Bournemouth. DOH!

Will keep an eye out for this next time! Please use this venue again, it's a very much underrated and interesting place!

Ha yeah that was us in the Primer Audi - we were having a smile at your speed bump manoeuvressmile

Hope it wasn't too expensive at Bicester Village! Some of the GT86OC boys and girls are at Millbrook today for some CAT training I gather. Good day for it weather much better over this way.

Another great SS. Very chilled out, some great cars and free ice cream and coffee - perfect. Good to catch up with the PH guys and to meet the guy with the white JDM CTR (mine was the silver one).

Shame this didn't get the attention it deserved, but if you missed it, you missed out!

Job well done PH & Skoda - cheers!

My thanks to PH and Skoda for putting on a cracking morning; it was very clear Skoda had gone to considerable effort. Each and every staff member was friendly and helpful. In some ways the 'low' attendance made for a more relaxed atmosphere, I met many people and had some great conversations.

A few photos from me, more if you click the links.

Another good SS - Thanks all

I don't know what the solution is to raise awareness - many don't land on the front page nor look at the events it seems.

I think this is my 4th this year - I'll admit Skoda aren't Aston but the attraction for me is mostly other PHers cars.

Particular thanks to the Tesla Owner who despite me openly admitting I wasn't an electric car fan demonstrated "Ludicrous mode" to me - I have to say it felt more like a fair ride than a car - no noise, no warning, no gears just a huge shove that left your stomach on the start line.

Easy solution. If you have signed up to a sunday service thread before just email 2 weeks before hand.

Put an opt out for thosewho dont want to be reminded.

Thanks to Skoda & PH for a great morning, Skoda really did put the effort in smile

The location is amazing, and if another is held there, a tour with some of the history would be great if could be arranged.
