I think having a quiet word with someone if it's the general concensus that they were driving badly or dangerously is OK. You'd be amazed at just how far "a quiet word in your shell like" goes.

As for capturing drivers on film doing something that in your opinion construed bad or dangerous driving, and then reporting them to the Bib with video evidence is going a bit too far, and might make you a bit unpopular with other PHer's. If a driver was subsequently paid a visit by the BiB and then charged with dangerous driving, due to your video evidence, i think that driver might have one or two issues he would like to discuss with you person to person.

If someone wants to video the run for these purposes then i for one would also stop going to any future meets. that would spoil it bigtime imo.

If you've made any changes to your profile page, Steve, you will need to reload the banners. Any changes seems to break the link.
