Here's a thought. Cadwell Park Circuit Louth, Lincolnshire have Friday Saturday camping facilities on race weekends. The facilities include a bar, toilets, showers and camping space for 30,000 tents. The basic arrangements are that people camp wherever they want within the grounds. Cars are parked next to the tents. Groups tend to choose an area and camp together. If you expect to be a noisy group then it would be normal for you to choose an area away from other campers. There will be no curfew but common sense must prevail.
So that no individual has to shoulder the burden of responsibility/accountability and so that PH reputation remains unaffected, individuals must book themselves into the grounds without reference to PH. We will develop a unique sign and display this as a flag at the chosen camping area so that we can find each other.
If this comes off, Ted please attend, have a relaxing weekend and let us arrange things.

hmmm.. yes - it is looking a little, well, rumpled today
and my shoes could do with a polish if i'm honest
next time i'm going to take off my cufflinks and tie in a weight saving exercise in order to place higher. on the other hand I could just become a better driver...
Cadwell Park race calendar will not be published until end Feb. In the mean time I will do my best to find a weekend that has little currently booked. Ultimately I won't be able to please everyone but I'll do what I can.
I expect it would be sensible to avoid major race weekends, that way there should be less campers in total and therefore more space, toilets and bar area for us.

Why not just ring them and ask to reserve some space for you??
If everyone simply happens to turn up together and wants to camp in one place, then nothing really can be said, or at least no-one can be said to be responsible for the masses and similiarly if one person tries to organise it, responsibility and maybe deposits/monies will become an issue.
