RACING GREEN - "Doors Open" Day - Thurs 28th December
Discussion
Merry Christmas to One and All !
Racing Green Cars thought we would have a "Doors Open" day at our premises at Ash Vale in Hampshire on Thursday 28th December.
We reckoned that you would probably need a break from and the "rellies" and might quite fancy a out by then.
We'll be open from 10:00 to 16:00 and I am sure we will be able to rustle up some mince pies and mulled wine etc. We expect to have a 2007 TVR Tuscan on display, plus a serious 7.0 litre Mosler and plenty of other TVRs - as well as classic and modern Jaguars.
Darren from Driving Adventures will be here to preview our Driving Tour to Monaco (1-8 May next year). In addition, John from Ride Drive will also be on hand to explain the courses they offer to improve skill behind the wheel.
We are extending this invitation to our own customers and thought that some of you who own interesting cars might like to pop in during the course of the day. If you plan on doing so, could you please post an entry on here indicating :
A. How many you will be.
B. What car you will be using on the day ?
If you don't know how to find us, please click on www.racinggreencars.com/contact.asp which should be helpful.
Best Regards

Hi Guys,
David Pendry of "Camera Obscura" will also be at Racing Green on Thursday 28th December between 10:00 and 14:00.
David has over 20 years military and commercial experience installing cameras in and on all sorts of vehicles, boats, bikes, crash helmets etc. He will be rigging our Tuscan convertible with a range of cameras and this car will produce demonstration videos on the day.
David will also give 2 short talks - the first at approx 11:00 and the second at approx 14:00 - to explain just how and what can be achieved when filming from your car at trackdays or on tours.
Whether you already use a video camera, or you would simply like to know how best to kit your car or yourself to do it, we think you will find David's experience and advice very helpful.
With Best Regards
Chas

Chas & all the gang at RG, thanks for your effort on 28th - I enjoyed the cars, the stands, the food and of course chatting to the different owners and seeing their P&J's...was sorry that I had to leave at 1200 (to get back to a family gathering) just as more people were arriving, but am guessing the afternoon went well. Thanks again, Owen
