1/04/07 - East London convoy to Goodwood

Italian day at Goodwood

Date: Sunday 1st april 2007

About: Some of the East london/Beckton regulars are convoying down to Goodwood circuit for one of their monthly breakfast meets. This time it's Italian day for all things Italian.

This invitation is open to everyone. No need to have an italian car/bike to join the drive down there.



Location: Hollywood Bowl Newham, Jenkins Lane, Newham, Barking, IG11 0AD

It's by the Showcase Cinema. You can't miss it. Please park up outside Burger King


Leaving time: We'll be leaving Beckton at 6:30am sharp!!!!

Goodwood gets full quickly and the Italian days is usually quite busy, hence the early morning start.


Route: Not confirmed yet, but most probably.....

A13 > M25 > M23 > A24 > A27

If anyone has a better route, please post up and I'll amend it.


Route home: Go for lunch somewhere???? Maybe drop by Brighton???

Ok guys, for those that can make it...... just to be sure of times:

we will leave Beckton (see venue details at top of thread) at 6.30am SHARP... pls be on time.... happy to supply my mobile number if you mail me...

We will then drop into Thurrock Services (A13/M25) outside the main 'services' area - and we should leave there 'prompt' at 6.50am.....

I should be there, in fact looks like both the NSX & Z4C are making an appearance as we have our nephews to look after and two two seaters = two cars needed So Mrs TD will be likely piloting Z4C
