HELP - this is my firat post and in a good cause so forgive my wording here.
WANTED - Lambo, Ferrari, Viper, GT40, etc for a Sporting Bears Dream Rides in Cheshire in July

On www.sportingbears.org.uk check out the Cholmondeley Pageant of Power link on the home page and the Dream Rides link. On the Dream Rides page if you scroll down to the you-tube video this will show you a little of what we do on the NEC weekend ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=GB&hl=en-GB&am... )where kind drivers gave the experience of a lifetiome to donating public and helped raise £25k for Childrens Charities.
At the CPoP (real petrolhead heaven with Classic and Sports cars/motorbikes racing on a private circuit backed by powerboats on the lake and helicopters in the air!), I am arrranging for 10-12 exotic cars where people will donate to the Charity for a passenger ride on the open roads near the estate for circa 10-12 miles. There are no driver expenses or reward apart from the smile on the Passengers Face, so all insurance requirements are satisfied and the passengers sign our standard Passenger Indemnity which recognises the fact they are a "passenger demonstration ride" on the public highway.

I already have my own Audi S8 (V10 with milteck and ceramics) plus a Ferrari F348 Spyder LHD, Frog Eye Sprite, Quantam Extreme from other members, then I am talking to a Masserati, TVR and also a Racing Lotus Sport Exige owners with hopefully your exotica?

On static display I have also been promised a Jaguar XK120 previously owned by Giles the Cartoonist, an Austin Healy 3000 race replica and a 1800bhp Keating TKR and an Audi R8.

Dream Rides is professionally run by volenteer members, with full rules and registration procedures so we can control the environment at public events in the age of H&S. This is the second year for CPoP and the FIRST year we are offering the added attraction of Dream Rides. Hopefully you are able to commit to the event on at least one of the days but even if not come across on the day and say hello.

Thanks for reading, cheers Max

all contact details are on the website page.

I may be able to make it, as it's a few weeks after GFoS. I was in touch with Mick about doing the NEC last year, but ended up out of the country unfortunately :-(

If you'd like to discus an Ariel Atom 3 joining the day, feelfree to drop me a line.

LOL! I would say I'm used to the attention and passenger ride requests, but I'm not sure you ever do!

Hi all,

just got my internet connection restored and to 356Speedster and GT1I would love to accept your kind offer of help, but my settings won't now show the email member button, so please email me either from PH or through the link on the Sporting bears site on the page for Dream Rides.

The event is on both Saturday and Sunday 18th and 19th July, please advise which or both days you can help on and I will send details by reply.

Thanks Max

Hi Max,

I can assist with a TVR Tuscan S since this is a fairly local event for me. Always draws attention so should help raise a few quid biggrin

I will email details later. Can definitely do 1 day (to give others a chance to help) or possibly both if the Bugatti owners don't rush forwards ..... wink

Well I've spoken to the gaffer and we're up for the weekend. You can add a 1978 Corvette Pace Car to the list.
