My good self, Apsona, Hansgerd & Bodo are meeting up for a beer in FRANKFURT next Wednesday 31st March @ 19:00 (CET)

Rumours that we will each be bringing a steering wheel or the head of a Porsche Boxster driver in order to recognise each other are incorrect.........you don't need a steering wheel !

If there is anyone else who will be in Frankfurt on that day and fancies a beer, please let me know and I will send you the details.

Real Kantine café which is
underneath the (in)famous Studio bar.

As you walk up the Zeil you will reach Kaufof department store (on your right) and a road. Don't cross the road but turn left walking alongside
it towards Sport Arena (on the left). Just before Sport Arena there is a small road going to your left. Take it and you will see the bars (roundish building). Real Kantine is the one at ground level.

We are meeting @ 19:00, bring something PH / car related (preferably not an engine block or full exhaust ) for ID.

Ted has kindly donated a goody bag to mark this momentous occassion

As mentioned in the e-mail, the password so that we can recognise each other is "I interfere with farmyard animals".

This must be shouted at the top of your voice (in either German or English) when you arrive at the entrance to the Real Kantina.

Any of us who are already present will then respond with the sound of their favourite farmyard animal, this should ensure that everything goes smoothly.

Alternatively, just look for a Pistonheads sticker on the table

Any body got a street address for the meeting place. Apparently I have not claimed enough expenses this month, so I am getting a taxi

I would have thought that a half decent taxi driver would know the Studio Bar by name.

The adress is "Katharinenpforte"
You may as well ask the Taxi driver to drive to "Hauptwache". From Hauptwache, you'll see a church called Katharinenkirche. It will look like this (Real Kantine is on the left behind that church)
