I got sucked into Craig's supercar convoy on the way to the Beaulieu event today. I was the red F430 that tagged along for the last 15 miles or so. That Aventador sounded epic!

Thanks go out to Andy Olerenshaw for the invitation to the event. Organisation was excellent and truly a day to remember.

Seeing this was a real bonus!

+1. Many thanks Andy from both Shelly and I.
Once again a very well run, incident free day and being able to predict today as the nicest day of the long weekend, just excellent.
We hope to see many of you soon at various events and meetings. smile

Thank you for organising it. Best event of the year and for quite a while before that. Great welcome in Pangbourne, great group, great drive, not great Que (topped off by us and the Porsche getting a car full of straw!), really made welcome by Andy/Beaulieu, great weather, good crowd, nice drive home, stopped filled up with Shell V-Max nitro...........diesel! Ride home on a low loader! PRAT!

Not going to let it spoil a great day and hope to do it again.

Thank you all for making me, Ali and my little Ginetta feel welcome

Finally got round to uploading my photos from the day.. Enjoy!

I was in the R8 (passenger) with Nick - spoke to a few of you at Pangbourne and during the day. Great choice of roads for the blast to Beaulieu, made better by the Ginetta, the Porsche, the Mini GP and the 360 that we seemed to stick with.

Thanks again Craig for the hospitality and the breakfast in the morning.

Terrific day all round! The Pangbourne welcome (and yummy Danish), the jaw-dropping collection of cars on the forecourt, the sights and sounds over Watership Down and under bridges, the straw shower shared with lezdix (!)... and the event itself: yet more gorgeous metal, sunshine, happy people. What more could you want (other than enough dosh to buy an Aventador)?

Thanks too to steves106 for the lovely pic of my red bum (X500) coming off the M27!

Cheers Andy,

A great event, well organised and brilliant weather. You didn't sound too nervous at the drivers brief and always good to leave H&S until last. (Was surprised that they didn't mention Traction Control though)....

Sent you an email grovelling to get a place for next year.

All the best

Dave
